The permission for training of 50 judges in India has been cancelled. The Law Ministry issued a notification in this regard on Sunday. Deputy Secretary (Training) of the Law and Justice Department Dr. Abul Hasanat signed the notification. The notification said that in view of the directives of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, the notification issued allowing 50 judicial officers of the country to participate in the training to be held at the National Judicial Academy, Bhopal and a State Judicial Academy in India from February 10 to 20 has been cancelled in accordance with the directives of the Supreme Court.

প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য ভারতে যেতে চাওয়া ৫০ জন বিচারকের অংশগ্রহণের অনুমতি বাতিল করা হয়েছে। এ বিষয়ে রোববার (৫ জানুয়ারি) আইন মন্ত্রণালয় একটি প্রজ্ঞাপন জারি করে। আইন ও বিচার বিভাগের উপসচিব (প্রশিক্ষণ) ড. আবুল হাসনাত প্রজ্ঞাপনে স্বাক্ষর করেছেন। প্রজ্ঞাপনে বলা হয়েছে, বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের নির্দেশনার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে ৫০ জন বিচারকের ভারতের ভোপালের ন্যাশনাল জুডিশিয়াল একাডেমি এবং একটি স্টেট জুডিশিয়াল একাডেমিতে ১০ থেকে ২০ ফেব্রুয়ারি পর্যন্ত প্রশিক্ষণে অংশগ্রহণের অনুমতি সংক্রান্ত আগের প্রজ্ঞাপন বাতিল করা হয়েছে।
