PM sends gift for newborn daughter of July uprising injured Sujon
BNP Chairperson and 'Amra BNP Paribar' chief patron Tarique Rahman has sent a gift for the newborn daughter of July Uprising fighter Md Sujon, who was injured during the student-people's mass uprising.
A delegation of 'Amra BNP Paribar' handed over the gift at Sujon's residence in Keraniganj, Dhaka, on Tuesday (July 28) afternoon, under the coordination of the Prime Minister's Additional Press Secretary Atiqur Rahman Rumon.
The delegation inquired about Sujon's newborn daughter and delivered gifts on behalf of Tarique Rahman. They also asked about Sujon's physical condition and his family's overall situation following his injury during the movement.
The delegation was led by 'Amra BNP Paribar' adviser and Narsingdi-5 MP Engineer Ashraf Uddin Bakul. Others present included Dhaka District BNP General Secretary and Reserved Women's Seat MP Advocate Nipun Roy Chowdhury, and 'Amra BNP Paribar' Member Secretary Agriculturist Moksedul Momin Mithun.
Also present during the gift handover were organisation members Masud Rana Liton, Mostakim Billah, Farhad Ali Sajib, Rubel Amin, Shahadat Hossain, BUET Chhatra Dal former general secretary Engineer Abu Hanif, Banani Thana BNP leader Sayam Sikandar Pappu, Chhatra Dal leaders Mashiur Rahman Mohan and Abdullah Al Misbah, along with local leaders.
