The government has announced the cancellation of the proposed universal pension scheme for universities and autonomous and government institutions. This information was informed by a press release from the Prime Minister's Office on Saturday (August 3). Meanwhile, Public Relations Officer of the Education Ministry MA Khair said the names of the teaching staff of the university have been withdrawn from the pension scheme. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina approved the summary of withdrawal.
