In a separate forecast for Dhaka and adjoining areas, the BMD said the sky is likely to remain partly to mostly cloudy, with thundershowers expected during the six-hour period beginning at 7:00am.

Winds over the capital may blow from the south or southeast at 10–15 km/h, while daytime temperatures are expected to drop by 2–3 degrees Celsius due to increased cloud cover and rainfall.
