The draw is scheduled to begin at 10:00am at the RAJUK Building auditorium in Dhaka.

According to a notice issued under the directive of RAJUK Chairman Engineer Md. Riazul Islam, the lottery will cover nine abandoned residential properties located in several RAJUK housing projects.

The properties include houses in the Rupsha and Irabati projects in Gulshan, the Naf project in Mohammadpur, and the Dhaleshwari project in Dhanmondi.

Additionally, several apartments in Building-1 of the Hatirjheel Apartment Project will also be allocated through the lottery.

RAJUK said the entire process would be conducted in a transparent and impartial manner. Applicants, or their duly authorised representatives, have been requested to arrive at the venue before the scheduled start time to participate in the proceedings.

Detailed information regarding the lottery, including participation guidelines, has been made available on RAJUK's official website. Applicants may also contact the relevant RAJUK officials via email for further assistance.
