Rizvi urges not to be misled by fake press release

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has urged party leaders and activists not to be misled by a fake press release circulating on social media bearing his forged signature.

In a statement issued on the official Facebook page of BNP’s media cell on Saturday night (August 23), Rizvi clarified that the press release being shared is completely fabricated and was not distributed by the party or its media wing.

According to the notification, a malicious group is behind the circulation of the false statement, which appears to have been created with the intent to spread misinformation within the party ranks.

Rizvi called on all BNP members and supporters to remain alert and disregard the forged communication.
