Ruhul, Sohan hold helm of Pundra Debating Club

A new executive committee has been formed for Pundra Debating Club, the traditional government debate organization of Azizul Haque College in Bogura. Ruhul Amin has been appointed as the president for one year and Md. Sohanur Rahman Sohan as the general secretary.

Azizul Haque College Principal and also the organization's chief patron, Professor Md. Shawkat Alam Mir, approved and signed the new committee on May 14.

A management council was also announced to manage the activities of the committee in a more orderly manner, with Principal Professor Md. Shawkat Alam Mir serving as the chief patron.

The organization's recently outgoing president, Jahid Hasan, delivered a speech on this occasion.

In his farewell speech, he shed light on the significance of the organization and its future plans.

The journey of Pundra Debating Club began in 2014 with the slogan "Development of talent with rationalism (Juktir Shanito Bane Medhar Bikash)". Since its establishment, the members of the organization have achieved many successes at the national level and have made the college proud.

The members hope that this organization will move forward further under the new leadership.
