Salim elected president, Azim secretary of JUGP Alumni Association

The Alumni Association of the Government and Politics department of Jahangirnagar University (JU) has formed a new committee. In this committee, Professor Dr. Md Shamsul Alam Salim from the 11th batch was elected as president, while DMP DC (North) Kazi Ashraful Azim from the 24th batch was chosen as general secretary.

The election was held during the 3rd general meeting of the association on Friday (July 5th) at 10:00 am in Gallery No. 131 of the University's Faculty of Sociology.

Other members elected to the committee include Treasurer Sadeka Sultana Mitu (Batch 17) and Organizing Secretary Sabina Yasmin (Batch 22). The complete committee is expected to be announced within the coming week.
