The full court meeting of the Supreme Court (SC) judges to decide on various routine matters is set to take place today. A notification regarding this matter was issued by the Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed yesterday (November 3). "The full court meeting will be held at 3:30pm on Monday, November 4, in the Supreme Court's Conference Room where the judges of the Appellate and High Court Divisions of the SC will attend," it said. However, The notification did not mention the agenda of the full court meeting. SC's Special Officer Muajjem Hussain said, "Decisions may be made regarding the promotions of some lower court judges and the establishment of an annual calendar for the Supreme Court for the upcoming year during the full court meeting."

সুপ্রিম কোর্টের আপিল বিভাগ ও হাইকোর্ট বিভাগের সব বিচারপতির অংশগ্রহণে সোমবার বিকেলে ফুলকোর্ট সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। এই সভা ডেকেছেন প্রধান বিচারপতি ড. সৈয়দ রেফাত আহমেদ। ফুলকোর্ট সভায় বিভিন্ন বিষয় নিয়ে আলোচনা করেন এবং পরামর্শ দিয়ে থাকেন সুপ্রিম কোর্টের বিচারপতিরা। একই সঙ্গে নেয়া হয় বিচার বিভাগের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত। হাইকোর্ট সূত্রে জানা গেছে, গত ৩০ অক্টোবর হাইকোর্ট বিভাগের ডেপুটি রেজিস্ট্রার মো. আতিকুস সামাদ স্বাক্ষরিত এ-সংক্রান্ত এক আদেশ জারি করা হয়। সেই আদেশে বলা হয়, আগামী ৪ নভেম্বর বিকেল ৩টা ৩০ মিনিটে সুপ্রিম কোর্টের উভয় বিভাগের বিচারপতিদের অংশগ্রহণে প্রশাসন ভবন-৪-এর দোতলায় অবস্থিত কনফারেন্স রুমে ফুলকোর্ট সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
