The interim government has established a special control room to coordinate with field administrations and promptly resolve complaints ahead of the 13th National Parliament election and 2026 referendum, officials said.

According to an office order from the Administration-1 Branch of the Ministry of Public Administration, the control room will operate from Room 1802, Secretariat Building-1. A dedicated hotline, +8802226641118, has been set up to verify information and address election-related complaints in real time.

The control room will remain active from February 10 to February 14, functioning in two shifts daily from 9am to 8pm. Each shift will be overseen by an Assistant Secretary or Senior Assistant Secretary, supported by administrative staff and office assistants.

A Joint Secretary will coordinate overall operations each day.

Officials on duty will maintain continuous communication with the Home Ministry, Election Commission, and Returning Officers to ensure timely resolution of field-level issues.

Authorities said the initiative aims to enhance administrative transparency and enable swift responses to any election-related situations.
