State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed Islam has met with Guinea's Foreign Minister Morissanda Kouyaté on the sidelines of the Dakar International Forum on Peace and Security in Africa. The meeting took place on Tuesday, April 21, local time. During the meeting, both sides agreed to enhance cooperation in the agricultural sector, particularly in contract farming, as well as in trade and investment. Emphasis was also placed on increasing business-to-business (B2B) communication at the commercial level. The two countries identified mineral resources, readymade garments and textiles, and the pharmaceutical industry as promising sectors for potential cooperation.
