Shots fired at Jubo Dal leader's house in Khulna

Shots were fired at the house of Bahadur Munshi, member secretary of Khulna's Batiaghata upazila Jubo Dal, in the Tetultala village late at night.

The incident occurred around 2am on Saturday, with shots fired at the windows of Bahadur Munshi's house. The assailants fired several rounds in the air and fled the scene.

Law enforcement agencies have begun investigating to identify those involved in the shooting.

Bahadur Munshi's brother Sohrab Munshi said they have not yet filed any complaint with the police station. Three bullet shells were recovered from the scene.

Batiaghata Police Station Officer-in-Charge Maruf Hossain said no complaint has been filed by the victims so far. The matter is being investigated and police operations to identify those involved are ongoing.
