Tarique Rahman to campaign in four districts on Sunday

The election campaign schedule for BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman on its third day, ahead of the 13th national parliamentary election, has been finalised.

According to the schedule, on Sunday, January 25, he will participate in day-long programmes in Chattogram, Feni, Cumilla, and Narayanganj.

BNP media cell member Shairul Kabir Khan informed the media of the plan on Friday, January 23.

As per the schedule, the BNP chairman will first attend a 'policy dialogue' at Hotel Radisson in Chattogram city at 9:30am. The dialogue is expected to cover the party's policy positions, election-centric plans, and the contemporary political situation.

Subsequently, at 11:00am, he will address a public rally at Chattogram's historic Polo Ground. Party sources indicate that preparations are underway for participation from BNP and its associate organisations from Chattogram metropolitan area and surrounding districts.

After concluding the Chattogram events, Tarique Rahman will leave for Feni. There, he is scheduled to speak at another public rally at Feni Pilot College Ground.

Later, he will attend consecutive public gatherings in three locations in Cumilla: Chauddagram, Suyagazi, and Daudkandi.

As the final programme of the day, the BNP chairman will join a public rally at Kanchpur Balur Maidan in Narayanganj.
