Police have found the bodies of two unidentified women and a child, stuffed in sacks, in Narayanganj's Siddhirganj. The bodies were found on Friday (April 11) around 1.00pm at the edge of a pond in the Mizmiji Paschim Para area of Siddhirganj. Mohammad Shahinur Alam, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Siddhirganj police station, confirmed the matter. He said, "Locals spotted the dismembered bodies in bags near a pond in Mizmiji and informed the police. Both the local police and the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) are present at the scene."

নারায়ণগঞ্জের সিদ্ধিরগঞ্জে অজ্ঞাত দুই নারী ও এক শিশুর বস্তাবন্দি মরদেহ উদ্ধার করেছে পুলিশ। শুক্রবার (১১ এপ্রিল) দুপুর ১টার দিকে সিদ্ধিরগঞ্জের মিজমিজি পশ্চিমপাড়া এলাকার একটি পুকুরের পাড় থেকে মরদেহগুলো উদ্ধার করা হয়। সিদ্ধিরগঞ্জ থানা পুলিশের ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি) মোহাম্মদ শাহীনুর আলম এ তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছেন। তিনি বলেন, মিজমিজি এলাকার একটি পুকুরে স্থানীয়রা বস্তাবন্দি খণ্ড-বিখণ্ড মরদেহ দেখতে পেয়ে থানায় খবর দেয়। থানা পুলিশ ও পুলিশ ব্যুরো অব ইনভেস্টিগেশন (পিবিআই) ঘটনাস্থলে রয়েছে।
