Three people, including a woman, were killed in a clash between two groups over a land dispute in Nageshwari Upazila of Kurigram. The clash erupted at Hailatari village under Santoshpur Union of the upazila on Sunday afternoon (November 30). confirmed Rezaul Karim Reza, officer-in-charge (OC) of Nageshwari Police Station. On information, police arrived at the scene and restored peace in the area. Two of the deceased identitied as Altaf and Manik, while the woman’s identity has not yet been confirmed. "Efforts underway to apprehend those responsible for the violence," the OC said.
