Three more BNP men expelled from party
Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has expelled a local leader and two activists for violating the party discipline. The party announced the decision in a press release signed by Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Saturday.
BNP’s Bandarban district unit Vice-President Abdul Kuddus has been expelled from all party posts, including the primary membership, based on credible allegations of his involvement in activities that go against the party discipline, read the release.
The party also expelled Tangail’s Nagarpur upazila unit BNP member Khandaker Wahid Murad and Madhupur upazila unit member Khandaker Anwarul Haq citing the same reason.
Meanwhile, BNP has expelled a total of 18 central and district level leaders after the national election schedule.
