2 more foreign medical teams arriving tonight to treat Milestone victims
Two additional foreign medical teams from Singapore and China are arriving in Dhaka tonight to provide specialized support for the treatment of victims injured in the recent jet crash at Milestone School and College, Health Services Division Secretary Md Saidur Rahman confirmed on Thursday (July 24).

Another victim of the fighter jet crash at Milestone School and College in Diabari, Uttara, has died while undergoing treatment at the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery. The deceased, 15-year-old Mahiya, was an eighth-grade student at Milestone School.

Most of the officials including the Managing Director (MD) of the multinational software company Microsoft Bangladesh have been fired. As a result, those concerned are afraid that this software giant is winding down its business in Bangladesh like it did in Pakistan.
