Two more special assistants appointed to Prime Minister

The Cabinet Division on Thursday (April 2) issued a notification appointing two more special assistants to the Prime Minister with the rank of state minister.

Tanvir Gani has been appointed as Special Assistant on Investment and Capital Market, while Bijon Kanti Ghosh will serve as Special Assistant on Hindu, Buddhist, Christian, and Ethnic Affairs.

The notification states that, under the Rules of Business, the Prime Minister has assigned them their respective responsibilities. Both will receive the salary, allowances, and privileges of a state minister during their tenure.

On the same day, the Ministry of Public Administration issued another notification appointing Md. Sayed Bin Abdullah as Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Employment. His contractual appointment will take effect from the date of joining.
