Expressing concern about the conduct of HSC and equivalent exams amid the flood situation, BNP Senior Joint Secretary General and Prime Minister's Political Advisor Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has called for the exams to be postponed for a few days.

After distributing relief to flood-affected people in Banshkhali on Tuesday (July 14) afternoon, he said that a student fell into the water while taking the exam. What would have happened if the exams had been postponed? He asked the education minister to postpone the exams for a few days.

Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said that the floods have caused immense suffering to the people. Students are suffering as the higher secondary exams are being conducted in this situation. He said that today they had to cross the water to come here. This is a terrible suffering.

He also said that a teenage boy is unable to go to take the exam due to the flood water. If he drowns in the water, it will be a very sad incident. What would have happened if the exams had been postponed? The exams can be taken when the water recedes.

Earlier, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi visited the flood-affected areas of Taylordwip area of ​​Barkhain Union in Anwara Upazila of Chattogram and distributed relief among the affected families.
