Yunus bids farewell to Anwar Ibrahim at airport
Following a short visit to Dhaka on Friday evening, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim was seen off by Dr. Mohammad Yunus, Chief Adviser of the Interim Government, at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh shared details of the visit in a Facebook post, calling it "fruitful" and highlighting the strong ties between the two nations.
In addition to his meeting with Yunus, the Malaysian Prime Minister also paid a courtesy call on the President of Bangladesh, further strengthening diplomatic relations.
This visit marks a significant moment in Malaysia-Bangladesh relations, with both leaders expressing optimism for future cooperation.
