Zubaida Rahman delivers speech in Washington

Dr. Zubaida Rahman delivered a speech in Washington after being invited by US First Lady Melania Trump to attend the “Fostering the Future Together Global Coalition Summit,” organized with the initiative of the White House.

Dr. Zubaida Rahman, wife of Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Tarique Rahman, spoke at the opening ceremony of the summit held at the US State Department in Washington, D.C..

The two-day international summit was inaugurated by First Lady Melania Trump on Tuesday (March 24).

In her speech, Zubaida Rahman highlighted the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in transforming the education system. She said responsible use of AI could bring significant changes to education and called on developed nations to assist Bangladesh in implementing such technological advancements.

She also noted that the government is working to bring innovative technologies and healthcare services closer to children across the country.
