In the last 24 hours, 10 more children have died of measles and symptoms across the country. At the same time, 732 new people have been found to have measles and its symptoms. Of these, 674 are suspected measles patients. There are 58 confirmed measles patients. The matter was announced in a press release sent by the Directorate General of Health Services on Friday (May 29). The Directorate said that two children died of measles and eight children died with symptoms in the 24 hours from 8am on Thursday to 8am on Friday. A total of 90 people have died of the disease since March 15. During this period, 485 people have died with measles symptoms. That is, a total of 575 children have died with measles and measles symptoms during this period.

সারা দেশে গত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় হাম ও উপসর্গে আরও ১০ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। একই সময়ে নতুন করে ৭৩২ জনের শরীরে হাম ও এর উপসর্গ পাওয়া গেছে। এর মধ্যে সন্দেহজনক হাম রোগীর তথ্য মিলেছে ৬৭৪ জনের। নিশ্চিত হাম রোগী রয়েছে ৫৮ জন। শুক্রবার (২৯ মে) স্বাস্থ্য অধিদপ্তর থেকে পাঠানো সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বিষয়টি জানানো হয়েছে। অধিদপ্তর জানায়, বৃহস্পতিবার সকাল ৮টা থেকে শুক্রবার সকাল ৮টা পর্যন্ত ২৪ ঘণ্টায় হামে আক্রান্ত হয়ে দুইজন এবং উপসর্গ নিয়ে আটজনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। ১৫ মার্চ থেকে এ পর্যন্ত রোগটিতে আক্রান্ত হয়ে মোট ৯০ জনের মৃত্যু হয়েছে। এ সময়ের মধ্যে হামের উপসর্গ নিয়ে মৃত্যু হয়েছে ৪৮৫ জনের। অর্থাৎ হাম ও হামের উপসর্গ নিয়ে এই সময়ে মোট ৫৭৫টি শিশু মারা গেছে।
