17 JU coordinators of anti-discrimination student movement resign
Seventeen coordinators and co-coordinators of Jahangirnagar University unit of anti-discrimination student movement have resigned.
They announced their resignation in a press conference on Thursday (October 3).
In the press conference, they said, "We are resigning in protest against the controversial activities of some coordinators and the influence of individuals to serve personal interests. Many anti-discrimination student movement’s coordinators are behaving like a government party and working against the spirit of the public upsurge."
