The first session of the National Parliament will be held on March 12. In that session, the Speaker, Deputy Speaker will be voted on and the Speaker's speech will be delivered by the Home Minister of the Parliament, Salahuddin Ahmed. He said this on Sunday. The Speaker, Deputy Speaker will be decided in the session and all the ordinances that have been formulated during the tenure of the interim government will be explained, condolence motions and speeches under power will be made.

১২ মার্চ জাতীয় সংসদের প্রথম অধিবেশন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সেই অধিবেশনে স্পিকার, ডেপুটি স্পিকার নির্বাচিত হবে এবং রাষ্ট্রপতির ভাষণ হবে বলে জানিয়েছেন স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী সালাহউদ্দিন আহমদ। রোববার সচিবালয়ে এ কথা জানান তিনি। স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী জানান, ১২ মার্চ সংসদ অধিবেশন বসবে বলে নির্ধারিত হয়েছে। সেই অধিবেশনে স্পিকার, ডেপুটি স্পিকার নির্বাচিত হবে এবং ইন্টেরিম গভর্মেন্টের আমলে যে সমস্ত অধ্যাদেশ প্রণয়ন হয়েছে সেগুলো উপস্থাপন করা হবে, শোক প্রস্তাব এবং রাষ্ট্রপতির ভাষণ হবে।
