2,533 injured students treated at CMHs across the country: ISPR

A total of 2,533 students injured during the anti-discrimination movement have received treatment at Combined Military Hospitals (CMHs) across the country. Currently, 867 are still hospitalized.

This information was released in a press statement by the Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR) on Saturday (October 26).

According to the ISPR, the latest statistics indicate that a total of 2,533 injured students have sought medical services at these 10 CMHs, including those in Dhaka. Among them, 867 are still receiving treatment at the hospitals, while the others have returned home after receiving care.

Since August 18, the Bangladesh Army has been providing urgent and advanced medical care at the CMHs to ensure the recovery of students injured in the nationwide anti-discrimination movement, with dedication and sincerity.
