3 railway officials transferred, posted

The Ministry of Railways has transferred and posted three officials of Bangladesh Railway, including the General Manager of the Eastern Zone.

The information was conveyed through a notification issued by the Administration-5 Branch of the Ministry of Railways on Thursday, September 3. The notification, signed by Deputy Secretary Kamrul Hasan, stated that the order, issued in the public interest, shall take immediate effect.

According to the notification, Al Fattah Md Masudur Rahman, who was serving as Additional Director General (Infrastructure) and also as Project Director of the Jamuna Bridge Rail Link Project, has been transferred to his current role as Additional Director General (Development). He will also continue to serve as Project Director of the Jamuna Bridge Rail Link Project as additional duty.

Meanwhile, Md Subaktageen, who was serving as General Manager (East) of Bangladesh Railway, has been transferred to his current role as Additional Director General (Infrastructure). He will be stationed at Rail Bhaban in Dhaka.

Additionally, Mamunul Islam, who was serving as Additional Director General (Development), has been posted as General Manager (East). He will be stationed at Bangladesh Railway's Chattogram office.
