6 police officers transferred

Six officers of the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police and Assistant Superintendent of Police have been transferred in Bangladesh Police. The transfers were ordered through several notifications issued by Additional DIG Rayhan Uddin Khan of the Personnel Management Branch-1 of Police Headquarters on Sunday, April 19.

The orders state that these directives will take effect immediately in the public interest.

According to the new order, Additional Superintendent of Police of Munshiganj Sadar Circle Md Billal Hossain has been posted as Additional Superintendent of Police in the same district.

Additional Superintendent of Police of Jessore Abul Bashar has been transferred as Additional Superintendent of Police of Munshiganj, and Additional Superintendent of Police of Jessore Md Ruhul Amin has been transferred to Police Headquarters.

Additional Superintendent of Police of Magura Sadar Circle Dipankar Ghosh has been assigned as Additional Superintendent of Police of Narayanganj-Kh Circle.

Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Naval Police Md Imtiaz Ahmed has been transferred as Assistant Superintendent of Police of Feni's Chhagalnaiya Circle.

In another order, Additional Superintendent of Police of Narayanganj-Kh Circle Md Imran Ahmed has been transferred as Additional Superintendent of Police of Munshiganj Sadar Circle. Additionally, his previous order transferring him to Tangail's Gopalpur Circle has been cancelled.
