7 more children die with measles symptoms, death toll surpasses 600

Seven more children have died in the country with measles symptoms in the last 24 hours. However, there is no information about anyone dying from measles during this time.

This information was given in the latest report of the Directorate General of Health Services. The report covers the period between 8am Tuesday and 8am Wednesday.

According to the report, 1,265 people have been infected with measles and measles symptoms in the last 24 hours. Of these, 55 have been diagnosed with measles and 1,210 have had symptoms.

Of the seven people who died of symptoms during this time, six are from Dhaka, while the remaining one is from Mymensingh. A total of 601 people have died of measles and symptoms since March 15 this year. Of these, 511 have died of symptoms, and 90 have died after measles was diagnosed.

According to the Directorate General of Health Services, 74,572 people have had measles symptoms since March 15. During this time, 60,158 people were admitted to the hospital with symptoms, of whom 55,942 have recovered and returned home.
