85 sub-registrars transferred at a time

Law and Justice Division of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has transferred 85 sub-registrars of the country at a time. The transferred officials have been directed to hand over the responsibility of the current workplace and join the new workplace by October 29 next.

This related order was issued from Branch-6 of the Law and Justice Division on Monday (October 26). Deputy Secretary (Registration) Md Masud Ali signed the order.

The order has said that in the interest of coordination of the administrative chain, in the context of the memo of the Directorate of Registration dated October 26, the concerned sub-registrars have been transferred from the current workplace until further order.

The transferred officials will have to hand over the charge of the current post to the officer nominated by the Inspector General, Registration by October 29 next.

In addition, the Inspector General, Registration has been requested to issue a notice regarding the immediate joining of the transferred officials at the new workplace.

The order has further said that this direction has been issued in the public interest.
