ACC chairman, two commissioners resign
Dr Mohammad Abdul Momen, chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), and two commissioners have resigned.
They submitted their resignation letters to the Cabinet Division on Tuesday, March 3.
While leaving after submitting the resignations, Commissioner Minha Mohammad Ali Akbar Azizi told journalists that the chairman and two commissioners resigned through a formal process, not under any pressure.
Dr Mohammad Abdul Momen was serving as the ACC chairman.
No detailed reason for the resignations has been officially announced by the government.
The matter has sparked discussions in administrative circles.
