Admission test to 3 engineering universities on Sunday

The first-year admission test for the 2023-24 academic session of three engineering universities is being held on Sunday.

The universities are Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (Cuet), Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (Kuet), and Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (Ruet).

The online application for the admission test started from 9am on January 24 and end on February 7 at 5pm.

The list of eligible candidates with their roll number and examination centre was published on February 18.

Complete guidelines have been published on the integrated admission test website of Cuet-Kuet-Ruet. Students have to fill the admission test application form as per the guidelines.

According to notice, there are 931 seats in Cuet, including 11 reserved in 12 faculties, 1,065 seats in Kuet, including 5 reserved in 16 faculties, and 1,235 seats in Ruet, including 5 reserved in 14 faculties, a total of 3,231 seats for the academic year 2023–2024.

This year's engineering batch admissions are being handled by the Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology. A total of 3,231 students will take the admissions test.

A 500-mark test will be held in MCQ method in A group while the students will have to sit for a 500 marks MCQ and 200 marks free hand drawing test in B group.

None will be allowed to take part in the test without original registration cards of HSC examination and colour print admit card for the test.
