Asset declarations of Yunus, all advisers made public

The asset declarations of all advisers of the interim government, including Chief Adviser Prof. Muhammad Yunus, their spouses, and equivalent officials have been made public.

The Cabinet Division issued a notification on Tuesday (February 10) disclosing the updated declarations as of 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025, in line with a directive issued on 1 October 2024.

Dr. Yunus had pledged during his inaugural speech two weeks after taking office in August 2024 that all advisers’ asset details would be published promptly, reflecting the government’s firm stance against corruption.

The notification stated that this practice will eventually become mandatory and regular for all government officials.
