Assistant Attorney General resigns amid allegations of Awami League ties
Assistant Attorney General Md. Nurul Karim has resigned from his post following allegations linking him to Awami League politics.
He submitted his resignation letter to the President on Sunday (August 16).
In his resignation letter, Nurul Karim wrote, "Due to my personal difficulties, I am no longer willing to serve as the Assistant Attorney General. Therefore, I am submitting my resignation from my post. Kindly accept my resignation letter."
However, Nurul Karim did not make any remarks in his resignation letter regarding the allegations of his involvement with Awami League politics, citing personal difficulties as the reason for his departure.
