BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia under CCU observation

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson Khaleda Zia is currently in intensive care undrer Coronary Care Unit (CCU) observation at Evercare Hospital, following advice from a medical board and specialists.

Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP media cell, confirmed the update to reporters on Thursday (November 27), and requested prayers from the public for her recovery.

Khaleda Zia was admitted to the hospital at 8:00pm on Sunday, under the supervision of specialist Professor Shahabuddin Talukder. Several medical tests have already been conducted.

The medical board overseeing her treatment includes Professor FM Siddiqui, Dr. Zafar Iqbal, Dr. Ziaul Haque, Dr. Mamun Ahmed, and retired Brigadier General Saiful Islam, alongside Professor Talukder.
