Chief Justice convenes full court meeting on Nov 27

Chief Justice Dr Syed Refaat Ahmed has convened a full court meeting with all judges of the Appellate and High Court Divisions. The meeting will be held at 3:00pm on November 27 in the Supreme Court conference room.

The information was announced in a notice signed by Md Atikus Samad, deputy registrar (administration and justice), on Monday, November 24.

According to Supreme Court sources, the meeting will decide on several important matters, including transfers and promotions of subordinate court judges.

The full court meeting is the judges’ own platform where policy-level decisions are discussed and taken.
