Chief Whip of the Jatiya Sangsad Md Nurul Islam has returned to the country from the United Kingdom after completing his personal and family visit. He arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at approximately 5:15am on Tuesday, August 5. Earlier, on July 28, the Chief Whip had left Dhaka for the UK on a personal and family visit. After completing his visit, he will rejoin his official duties, said concerned sources. It may be mentioned that alongside his parliamentary responsibilities, he stayed in the UK as part of his personal and family visit. His return to the country marked the formal conclusion of his overseas tour.

ব্যক্তিগত ও পারিবারিক সফর শেষে যুক্তরাজ্য থেকে দেশে ফিরেছেন জাতীয় সংসদের চিফ হুইপ মো. নূরুল ইসলাম। মঙ্গলবার (৫ আগস্ট) ভোর আনুমানিক ৫টা ১৫ মিনিটে তিনি ঢাকার হযরত শাহজালাল আন্তর্জাতিক বিমানবন্দরে পৌঁছান। এর আগে গত ২৮ জুলাই ব্যক্তিগত ও পারিবারিক সফরে যুক্তরাজ্যের উদ্দেশে ঢাকা ত্যাগ করেছিলেন চিফ হুইপ। সফর শেষে দেশে ফিরে তিনি পুনরায় দাপ্তরিক কার্যক্রমে যোগ দেবেন বলে সংশ্লিষ্ট সূত্র জানিয়েছে। উল্লেখ্য, সংসদীয় দায়িত্ব পালনের পাশাপাশি ব্যক্তিগত ও পারিবারিক সফরের অংশ হিসেবে তিনি যুক্তরাজ্যে অবস্থান করেন। সফর শেষে দেশে ফেরার মধ্য দিয়ে তাঁর বিদেশ সফরের আনুষ্ঠানিক সমাপ্তি হলো।
