Class XI admission ending today, classes to begin Monday

The final deadline for admission to class XI in the 2025–26 academic year ends today (September 14). Selected students must confirm admission at their respective colleges by paying the fees.

Regular classes are set to begin tomorrow (September 15).

According to the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Dhaka, most students have been admitted to colleges of their choice through the fully online process. However, 5,240 students, including 295 GPA-5 holders, remain without admission even after the third phase.

Education officials said the process has been largely successful and transparent, ensuring students could apply, check results, and confirm admission digitally.
