DSHE issues directive for non-cadre officials, employees

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) and its subordinate offices and government educational institutions have been directed to update the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) of non-cadre officials and employees working in the revenue sector. All employees, except teachers, at all levels have been asked to upload complete information online within the next 15 working days.

The directive was issued in an office order from the General Administration branch of DSHE on Sunday, September 13.

The office order stated that work is underway to create a seniority database of non-cadre officials and employees using online-preserved information and PDS data. For this, the information of those concerned needs to be updated.

It further stated that directives were issued earlier too to upload complete information of non-cadre officials and employees online and update PDS and related information. In continuation of this, DSHE issued separate directives on July 2, 2020 and April 22, 2025.

In this situation, describing the matter as "extremely urgent", non-cadre officials and employees working in the revenue sector at DSHE and its subordinate offices and government educational institutions have been directed to update their information within the stipulated time.
