Guardians struggle to access school admission results due to server downtime

The online lottery results for admission to government and private secondary schools, from Class 1 to Class 9, for the 2025 academic year have been published.

The results were released on Tuesday (December 17) at the International Mother Language Institute Auditorium and were accessible via the website (https://gsa.teletalk.com.bd) and SMS. However, due to a server outage by Teletalk, parents have reported facing difficulties in viewing the results.

They reported that despite trying for several hours, they were unable to access the results after they were published.

K M Zahedul Islam, a parent, said, "My two children took part in the school admission lottery. After the results were published today, I attempted to check them, but due to the server being down, I couldn't access the results despite trying for several hours."

The authorities' response to the server downtime could not be obtained.
