The oath-taking of the victorious members of parliament will be held on Tuesday at 10 am. The oath ceremony for the new cabinet members is scheduled to take place at 4 pm on the same day. Foreign ministers of SAARC member countries have been invited to the oath ceremony, according to outgoing Law Adviser of the interim government Asif Nazrul.

He shared this information while responding to journalists' questions at the Secretariat on Sunday. Earlier in the morning, the final meeting of advisers was held at the Chief Adviser's office. The Law Adviser said this was a farewell meeting where no significant policy decisions were taken. Discussions primarily focused on their work and experiences during their tenure, and they were informed about preparations for the oath ceremony.

He informed that the Chief Election Commissioner will likely administer the oath to the members of parliament. Additionally, the BNP has indicated that the parliamentary party leader may be elected around 11:30 am or 12 pm after the oath.

He also stated that the cabinet oath will take place at 4 pm on the South Plaza of the National Parliament. To his knowledge, the President will administer this oath. The Law Adviser noted that the proposal to arrange the ceremony at the South Plaza came from the BNP.

Regarding invited guests, he said invitations are being extended according to established practice, and the Cabinet Division is handling the matter.

In response to a question about whether India's Prime Minister had been invited, Asif Nazrul said he has no specific information on this matter. However, he has learned that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has invited the foreign ministers of SAARC member countries. He is not aware whether any country's prime minister has been invited.
