Four senior leaders made BNP standing committee members

Four senior leaders have been nominated as members of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party's (BNP) national standing committee with the aim of enhancing the party's organisational dynamism.

They are Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed, Md Aman Ullah Aman, Farhad Halim and Md Ismail Jabiullah.

The information was conveyed in a notification signed by the party's Co-Office Secretary Munir Hossain on Saturday, August 15.

The notification stated that BNP expects the aforementioned leaders to contribute to important decisions on behalf of the party and the people through their wisdom and prudence in the highest policy-making forum.

According to the party's message, Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi Ahmed, Md Aman Ullah Aman, Farhad Halim and Md Ismail Jabiullah have been nominated as members of BNP's national standing committee to enhance the party's organisational dynamism and in accordance with party decisions.

Among them, Rizvi had served as BNP's senior joint secretary general for a long time, while the other three leaders had been advisers to the party chairman.
