Gas pressure to remain low across the country for 3 days

Gas pressure will remain low across the country for three days due to maintenance work at LNG terminals. Due to reduced gas supply from 12:00 pm on January 10 to 12:00 pm on January 13 for repair and maintenance work, gas pressure will remain low in some areas of the country, Petrobangla said.

This information was given by Petrobangla in a message on Thursday (January 9).

Petrobangla said that RLNG supply from the FSRU operated by Accelerate Energy in Moheskhali will be stopped for a total of 72 hours for repair and maintenance work. During this time, about 550-560 million cubic feet of gas will continue to be supplied daily through other FSRUs.

Due to reduced gas supply, low gas pressure will prevail in some areas of the country for the next 72 hours.
