Hajj registration for 2027 must be completed by September 26

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has published the roadmap for the 2027 Hajj (Hijri 1448). The Hajj registration process must be completed by September 26 of this year and the bilateral Hajj agreement will be signed on November 8.

The roadmap was published by the Hajj-1 branch of the ministry on Sunday (June 7).

Earlier, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the schedule for the 2027 Hajj activities through a ceremony in Jeddah and handed it over to the ministers of religious affairs of various countries on May 29.

Minister of Religious Affairs Kazi Shah Mofazzal Hossain Kaikobad participated in the ceremony as an invited guest. At that time, Assistant Minister of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Dr. Alhassan Yehia Almanakhra officially handed over the Hajj roadmap to him.

According to the roadmap, Hajj visa issuance will start from January 28, 2027 and Hajj flights will start on April 8. Next year's Hajj will be held on May 15 (9 Zilhaj), subject to the sighting of the moon.

In addition, the direct transfer of expenses on the Saudi side to the e-wallet of the Nusuk Masar platform will continue from July 15 to December 24 this year. The signing of contracts for receiving the overall service package through Nusuk Masar will begin on July 29 and end on January 23.

Hajj pilgrims' information will have to be uploaded to the Masar Nusuk system between August 14 and January 28. The signing of contracts with the airlines transporting the pilgrims and the completion of documentation in Masar Nusuk will have to be completed between July 29 and November 8.

The ministry has requested the concerned parties to complete the Hajj activities as per the announced roadmap.
