Hamim among two relieved from Chhatra Dal

Two leaders of the Dhaka University unit of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal have been temporarily relieved from their positions over allegations of violating organisational discipline. They are Sheikh Tanvir Bari Hamim, convener of Kabi Jasim Uddin Hall Chhatra Dal, and Md Mahdijjaman Jyoti, member secretary of Sir A F Rahman Hall Chhatra Dal.

The information was provided in two separate notifications on Wednesday night, March 4, approved by Chhatra Dal Central President Rakibul Islam Rakib and General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir, and signed by Central Office Secretary Md Jahangir Alam.

One notification stated that in accordance with the decision of the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal central council, Sheikh Tanvir Bari Hamim, convener of Kabi Jasim Uddin Hall Chhatra Dal under Dhaka University unit, has been temporarily relieved from his organisational position for violating organisational discipline.

Another notification signed by Office Secretary Md Jahangir Alam on the same day stated that Md Mahdijjaman Jyoti, member secretary of Sir A F Rahman Hall Chhatra Dal under Dhaka University unit, has also been temporarily relieved from his organisational position on charges of violating organisational discipline.
