A High Court bench headed by Justice Akram Hossain Chowdhury gave this order on Monday (January 27).
Barrister Kaiser Kamal heard the writ petition in the court. He was assisted by Advocate Maqsud Ullah.
Barrister Kaiser Kamal said that they were supposed to join the service on January 29. Due to the High Court's suspension order, these 3,500 people are not able to join the service.
