HSC 2025 rechecking results published

The rechecking results of HSC, Alim, and equivalent 2025 examinations have been released.

The results were released at 10am on Sunday (November 16) on the websites of all nine general education boards, the Madrasah Education Board, and the Technical Education Board.

Students who applied for rechecking will also receive their revised marks via SMS.

Professor S M Kamal Uddin Haider, convener of the Inter-Education Board Examination Controller Committee and controller of Dhaka Education Board, said all answer scripts were carefully reviewed with full attention to students’ requests.

Results can be accessed online and via mobile notifications.

A record number of applications were received this year: 226,000 students submitted requests for rechecking 428,000 answer scripts across 11 education boards. Dhaka Board received the highest number of applications, while Barishal Board had the lowest. English and ICT were the most rechecked subjects.

Applications were accepted from 17 to 23 October, with a fee of Tk 150 per subject.

In the 2025 HSC and equivalent exams, 12,51,111 students from 9,197 institutions participated. Of them, 7,26,960 passed (58.83 percent), and 5,08,701 failed (41.17 percent). Female students achieved a 62.97 percent pass rate, while male students had 54.60 percent.
