The Dhaka Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has published the final centre list and examination guidelines for the HSC exams, which are scheduled to begin on July 2. The list was released on the board's official website on Thursday, June 11.

According to the board, a total of 317 centres will host the HSC exams under the Dhaka Education Board, including 309 centres inside the country and 8 centres abroad. Along with the centre list, the board has also provided centre codes, the names and codes of colleges under each centre, and details of assigned officials.

The notification stated that the principal, acting principal, or a senior professor of the selected college will serve as the centre-in-charge. They will collect confidential materials, including answer scripts, from the Dhaka Board through the district administration after receiving the centre fee from the concerned college. After each day's exam, the first part of the OMR sheets must be sent by post to the board's computer centre by 7:00 pm, and the answer scripts must be submitted to the examination controller as per regulations.

Venue centres will conduct exams using necessary funds and materials from the main centre and will submit them to the centre-in-charge of the main centre after the exams.

To ensure smooth conduct of the exams, district administrators will serve as supervisory officers at the district level, and upazila nirbahi officers will serve at the upazila level.
