The partial results were published around 7:30am on Wednesday (January 7).

According to the results, Riazul Islam of the Shibir-supported Odomyo Jobiyan Oikya Panel is leading the VP race with 428 votes from four units. His closest rival, AKM Rakib of the Oikyoboddho Nirbhik Jobiyan Panel—backed by Chhatra Dal, Chhatra Odhikar Parishad and general students—has secured 395 votes.

In the GS contest, Odomyo Jobiyan Oikya candidate Abdul Alim Arif is ahead with 419 votes, while his nearest competitor, Khadijat-ul-Kubra of the rival panel, has received 206 votes.

The AGS race also sees a Shibir-backed lead, with Masud Rana polling 408 votes. His opponent, Atikul Islam Tanjil of the Oikyoboddho Nirbhik Jobiyan Panel, has garnered 306 votes.

The Election Commission said vote counting in the remaining units is still underway and results will be announced in phases.
