Kader Siddique hospitalised with heart ailment
Abdul Kader Siddique, president of the Krishak Sramik Janata League, has been admitted to a private hospital in the capital after suffering a heart ailment. His angiogram has already been completed and a stent has been placed in his heart. He is currently feeling somewhat better.
His personal assistant, Alamgir Hossain, confirmed the matter on Sunday, September 20.
He said Kader Siddique was admitted to Anwar Khan Modern Hospital in Dhanmondi after he developed heart problems on Friday, September 18. On Saturday, September 19, an angiogram was successfully completed under the supervision of Dr Rasool Amin Shipon, a clinical and interventional cardiology specialist at the hospital. He was subsequently kept under close observation in the hospital's Cardiac Care Unit (CCU).
His physical condition is currently somewhat better than before, and he is under the observation of doctors.
