Lawyer enrollment MCQ exam on June 12

The schedule for the Bangladesh Bar Council's preliminary or MCQ exam for lawyer enrollment has been announced. This information was given in a notification signed by Bar Council Secretary Mohammad Kamal Hossain Sikder on Wednesday (May 13).

According to the notification, this MCQ exam will be held on June 12 from 10am to 11am. Like every year, a large number of candidates are expected to participate in this enrollment process.

According to the process of enrolling as a lawyer, candidates have to prove their eligibility in three stages. First, they have to participate in the MCQ exam. Only candidates who pass this stage get the opportunity to participate in the written exam in the next stage.

An oral exam will be organized as the last stage for those who are successful in the written exam. The final results of lawyer enrollment are announced only after passing the oral exam.

Only the ultimately successful candidates receive a valid permit or certificate to conduct cases as lawyers in the country's district courts.
